foreign body tour ("the App") is a DJ tour management platform operated by foreign body. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service at foreignbody.app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Name and email address (provided during registration)
• Google account information (when you sign in with Google)
• Tour-related data you create: shows, flights, accommodations, contacts, financial records, rider documents
• Google Calendar data (when you use the calendar sync feature)

3. Google API Usage

The App accesses the following Google API scopes with your explicit consent:

• Google Calendar (calendar.events) — to create and manage tour events in your Google Calendar

Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely for tour management purposes within the App. We do not use Google API data for advertising, analytics unrelated to the App's functionality, or any purpose beyond what is described in this policy.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, hosted in the EU Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only shared when you explicitly initiate it (e.g., sending a rider document via email to a promoter, or sharing an itinerary via a public link).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at club@foreignbody.life. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The App uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
