1. Service Description

foreign body tour ("the Service") is a web-based platform for managing DJ tours. The Service provides tools for scheduling shows, managing flights and accommodations, creating and sharing technical and hospitality riders, tracking finances, managing contacts, and coordinating with tour members and promoters.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using an email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and tour data
• You are responsible for the content you create, including rider documents, financial records, and contact information
• You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or tours
• You are responsible for managing access permissions for your tour members

4. Google Services Integration

The Service offers optional integration with Google Calendar. By authorizing this integration, you grant the Service permission to create calendar events on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service. The Service name, logo, and design are the property of foreign body. You may not reproduce or distribute the Service's proprietary elements without permission.

6. Shared Content

When you share rider documents or itineraries via public links, the shared content becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for managing who receives these links. Shared links can be deactivated at any time from within the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from flight data inaccuracies, scheduling errors, or financial calculations within the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, foreign body shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed performances, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
